X Stool
Sculptural stool constructed with hand cut through mortise and tenon joints. The textured hand carved legs come through the top. This stool celebrates the natural knots and character of the wood with structural cracks held together with maple butterfly joints. An X is carved on the seat, signifying that where you sit is where you are meant to be. Made from locally salvaged cherry that has achieved a natural rich patina due to its age.
